Method 1:
2 eggs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper or white pepper or garlic powder to taste (optional)
Butter, oil or shortening

Method 2:
2 tablespoons butter or 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Extra large or 2 large eggs
A pinch of salt and pepper
